Refund Policy

Disclaimer:

Offfspeed Volleyball reserves the right to cancel any program, camp, clinic, lesson, or club team due to a lack of enrollment. and will provide a full refund in these situations.

Club Fees:

Club fees are non refundable once the athlete enters into a contract to play for the Club and the contract is signed & submitted. Consideration may be given due to extenuating circumstances and will be reviewed on a case by case basis. Any refund of fees or portions thereof will be at the sole discretion of the Club Director.

Camps/Clinics/Lessons:

Full refunds will be provided should the athlete withdraw from the program up to 14 days prior to the start of the program less a $50 admin fee.

A 50% refund will be provided should an athlete withdraw  8-13  days prior to the start of the program less a $50 admin fee.

No refunds will be provided should an athlete withdraw  7  days prior to the start of the program and /or once the program has begun.
